The more eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed that the Members’ e-mail directory has disappeared from the DES website. This is because ‘spammers’ had used this to extract a list of members and bother you with rubbish e-mail. The DES office will still retain a list of members’ e-mail addresses, so if you need to contact anyone you can obtain e-details from Keith (providing that he has been kept up to date with any changes).

The DES e-mail inbox is receiving a prodigious amount of spam mail, most of which is immediately deleted, so if you want to ensure that your genuine e-mail to the DES office is opened and read, please ensure that you add a sensible and informative ‘heading’ to your message. Keith Eagleton
